Slight hints of hay, grain and malts, barely noticable bitter hops
Very refreshing when served cold, but not much of a tast experience. The Dimpfl Bräu Pilsener is round and clear but very weak to watery with no real taste or scent. Served at 7-8° C as a social drink, with fish or poultry
From 1600-1610 Duke Maximilian I of Bavaria built several breweries in his country, including the Weissbier brewery in Furth im Wald.
In 1774 Elector Maximilian-Josef sold the brewery to 24 citizens. 64 other citizens obtained brewing rights through these initial 24 brewers.
