Oude Geuze is an example of the traditional 100% spontaneous fermentation Lambic style brewing. The Geuze beer is not being filtered, not sweetened and is produced by 100% genuine Lambic beers which have aged up to three years in oak caskets. After bottling the beer matures in the bottles for at least two months and can be stored up to 20 years. The Geuze is also called Brussel's Champagne.
